    I normally do my workout in the evening, when kids are sleeping. Tried this one today and I thought I’m trained well.. but no. After 30 mins my muscles burning and my heartrate is really up. ILOVE IT! BB helped me so much loosing the kilos after delivery number 2. its hard work, yes, burning like crazy.. but hey.. the look in the mirror is my greatest compliment thk u!!
