Hi Beauties, We’re cooling off in the BB Kitchen with crispy and bright Summer salads! We love to compliment our BB workouts with light and airy salads that keep you feeling cool and refreshed.

 

Harvest Salad

 

Mix your favorite lettuce with cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, fresh season corn and grilled chicken. Top with salt, pepper and olive oil.

Chopped Salad

 

Toss cucumbers, celery, jicama, carrots, and lettuce with your favorite seeds and some fresh seasonal corn. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and olive oil.

Roasted Brussels with Parmesan

 

The perfect warm side dish for any light Summer dinner. Pair with grilled chicken or steak for a crispy and warm whole meal.

 

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

 

Slice fresh Brussels in half and toss on sheet pan with olive oil, salt and pepper + add garlic for extra flavor.

 

Roast for 35-40 minutes, tossing half way through baking.
